TomTom Go Classic problem with TomTom Traffic service

Hello, I have a question for TomTom Go Classic navigation users. Have you managed to connect your phone to the navigation and the navigation reads it?
SMS and messages from Traffic services? I tried to connect two different phones to rule out the phone's fault and each time the result is the same "messages from the smartphone - connected, data for Traffic and other services - cannot connect" TomTom can't help much, it repeats what I can read over and over . The device has lifetime updates of maps and Traffic services, and in the letter they state that they do not see me purchasing any services. I wonder if this is not a deliberate blocking of these services to force additional fees. Could you share your experiences with this navigation? Thank you.

If I understood your question correctly.
You can connect your GPS to your smartphone to be notified of traffic via your smartphone.
Your GPS cannot read SMS and traffic messages.

The SMS is read, but the device has information that it cannot connect to traffic services and other TomTom services

Your Classic can receive the traffic data from your phone if you connect via WiFi and set up your phone as WiFi hot spot. I have found this much more reliable than Bluetooth.
