Of course I do, it has lifetime updates and speed cameras. I’ve been using it and updating it for 6 years. Never an issue before and it’s listed in my drive as an update for my device…Do you have a valid radar subscription?

If I remember correctly, the GO 6000 trucker only has 1 year of radar updates.Of course I do, it has lifetime updates and speed cameras. I’ve been using it and updating it for 6 years. Never an issue before and it’s listed in my drive as an update for my device…
Oh I do, this is a UK device and that’s what I purchased! If I remember correctly, the GO 6000 trucker only has 1 year of radar updates.
If you have lifetime radar updates, you don't have a professional GO 6000.
he did mention : '...with lifetime updates…'Do you have a valid radar subscription?
Yes, of course, except that the GO 6000 professional does not have lifetime radar updates.he did mention : '...with lifetime updates…'![]()

Why do you think you can tell people what they’ve purchased? You’re treating me like a foolYes, it's a GO 6000 Trucker. It's also a (GO designed for Professionals) that has lifetime maps. It only has 1 year of traffic and radar services, that's how it was offered by Tomtom.

First of all, reread all my messages, I never said you called me an idiot.First of all, reread all my messages, I never called you an idiot.
I showed you the box of a GO 6000 trucker sold by Tomtom.
If you have something other than what is indicated on the box, good for you.
I have 2 expensive TomTom devices and both have the same issues since the last update.I sincerely hope that others will join this thread—the more weightage it gets, the better. It cannot be just the two of us here; there are many others going through this who just haven't realized it yet.
Well I have one of these https://amzn.eu/d/9qxf0tuA link https://www.trucknetuk.com/t/tomtom-trucker-6000/111550 to a TomTom TRUCKER 6000 that was sold in 2015
We are moving away from the initial message which is "Problem with mobile camera update stuck at 50%"
Same issue..I have suffered the same issue on my GO 5100 - until today. I noticed the size of the download had changed so tried again and its worked! Definitely points to a faulty download on the tomtom site.
Quick update - there is now a 121kb download that looks to download and successfully update the 5100 but the download remains on the update list.
No, the VPN won’t be an issue. I use the "client" installation (front end part of the application) of the TomTom Connect at work and at home. I never use a VPN.Check your VPN isn’t on. Had long time diagnosing this across laptops. Only difference in end between it working not working was my laptop had vpn on…. But once turned off flew through no issues
