Why a fraudulent company.?Scam-company.
Because as I just mentioned "When I bought my TomTom it said that I would be connected to TomTom Traffic even when driving abroad, no charge." and now they changed it so that I have to pay for the data roaming. Why a fraudulent company.?

No, nothing has changed, your SIM card is still active.Because as I just mentioned "When I bought my TomTom it said that I would be connected to TomTom Traffic even when driving abroad, no charge." and now they changed it so that I have to pay for the data roaming.
Did you even read my post? For your information, it is not Tomtom that deactivates 2G and therefore your SIM card, but the telephone operator.
I received a similar message a few days ago but do not have a smartphone to link to the TomTom. They have said my sim slot needs repairing at a cost of 105€ but if they are not supporting SIM cards I am a bit confused as to why they are offering a repair!I got an email today, that TomTom will no longer support the built-in Simcard of my GO5200. I think that is ridiculous. Why delete the key feature of a device that works great? (Yeah money of course, but what about clientservice?). They offered lifetime traffic updates via the Simcard, and now they stop it. I am very annoyed!!
