TomTom Premium X Sped Cameras Expired

Just purchased a second hand TOMTOM Premium X which is supposed to have Lifetime Speed camera updates This one is showing as expired and ive tried resetting 3 or 4 times but still showing expired. This is my second Premium X so i am very familiar with the settings. Did some of these Premium X models not have free Lifetime Speed cameras please??

Hi All premium ones have lifetime radars contact TomTom so that they can reactivate your rights.
