My GPS 330-S doesn't recognize Stores like Chapter book stores how can that be corrected?

The stock POI file from TomTom doesn't include everything! For store types and brands that it does not recognize, you either find or create a "custom" POI file for your unit. Once you have the somestore.OV2 file, and perhaps the somestore.BMP file to go with it, you slide them right over into your map folder and they become available to you.

Look around at the POI lists here. There are many sites like poi-factory.com and others making these available. And here's a site that has exactly what you've requested:

There is only a few million entries in you GPS. But you can always add more.
