Map Share Reports not fixed - only marked as fixed

I reported an issue multiple times and even sketched a correct road lane map for the last report.
Report is marked as fixed. Nothing changed. Still wrong.

Can it be so difficult?

This intersection hasn't changed in the last 20 years. And for 18 years everything was okay.

How long ago was the issue marked as "Fixed", and which model of GO do you have? The latter matters, since map update frequency depends upon the map flavor that your device requires.

Also, since we're not TomTom, we can't see the details of your report using the report #. Do you have coordinates?
