Can you extract the 3 files from the compressed cab file and then try the install again? (In other words, without that ov2 set).

If you are seeing a ov2 file with that name, then it is a custom poi file and not a built in one. Perhaps it is corrupt.

I have managed to remove those 3 files and update my TomTom maps. Thanks for the help. Really appreciate it.

Looks like dhn was up at the crack of dawn again this morning. Glad that worked out for you. We're completely unfamiliar with that set of files here in the U.S., but since Home didn't like them...

I'm guess I'm not surprised that tech support didn't think to excise them and try again. Evidently weren't found in the manifest per Home. Sounds like a nifty POI set, though. I know looking up major buildings by name would be nice at times - not offered to us here.
