UPDATES OVER AND OVER AGAIN

When you say that "they'll keep being offered" does that mean that my speed camera updates will just be as frequent whether or not I uninstall/uncheck the countries I do not need?
 
Unchecking them just leaves them undownloaded and uninstalled. Doesn't mean the system won't keep offering them.
