Using your example; since the post was made the day before the new time table begins, then it will follow the previous weeks time table. So for that post to win, the next post would have to be made at 2:16AM or later on 3/19/07.

Any posts made after 12:00 AM 3/19/07 will then fall under the week 2 time table.
