TomTom Map Got Worse?

So for the last 4/5 update that I submitted, they are all approved now after a little more than a week after submitting with those image. So looks like I should start doing that.
They still wouldn't tell us why those wrong correction were applied in the first place.

Also, does anyone notice that the mapshare site has been very slow recently?

Was the designation just "Not accepted"? We have noticed the same thing at times when reporting speed limits, only to find that the reason they were "Not accepted" was because they had already picked up the change for a future release.
There's a problem with the way they report status in that if they already know of the change, they do not have some special flag for "Known". If the report is a duplicate of known information, it comes back as "Not accepted". We've mentioned this to them any number of times, but no improvement.
My own report of a local road that needed a speed limit in March of 2016 STILL shows "Not accepted", but they finally did get the speed limit (correctly) included in the 980 map.

It did said "Not Accepted" so I can't tell if it is because its known or something else.
That street does not have a speed limit on the 980 map so not sure.
