tomtom go 530 off

Hello

i have one tomtom go 530 and when i start it, it stays with te tom tom logo and no continues. If i conect to pc it dont reconize the tom tom and stays always with same screen
What can i do to it go.

Have you tried a pin reset on the unit ??
