@Trevor, if I may input my suggestion despite noticing yr thread (I just joined the Forum awhile ago only).
In light of yr small operation coupled with the expected changes of duties, vans and concerns on Login to Passwords.... my suggestion is, let each driver mount & dismount the unit entitled to them....
Makes life all the more or less rather, simple and uncomplicated and the pairing as a one time issue and stays connected to the same mobile phone they each own for themselves.
