Anyone have an issue with it not recognizing your subscription?

Make sure you're signed in to the Google Account that allowed you to purchase the app.

Or install the application then redownload it with the correct credentials.

I am using the correct account, sometimes it randomly let's me use the app

This can indeed be caused by multiple Google accounts.

If you see the trial screen, scroll down, and tap See Car and Truck Plans.
If you see Subscription Ended, tap Continue.

Then, scroll down and tap Restore Purchases.
