stop lane images from showing

So they only give those GUI options to those that pay 500 as opposed to 150? Thats lame. I bought a good one around 08 also, but i left it in the car year round. Apparently the heat in the summerr and the cold in the winter messed it up after 3-4 years. The screen connections apparently would sometimes short out and i would get a distorted view. Thus last year i bought another, but i would never again pay that price. IT sucks because i like the old one better than this new one.

I havent yet left the house, so i havent had the chance to test out the removal of the resource files for the lane images yet, but i will at some point.

I was trying to implement this into my GPS, but the main menu for navigation does not show up, only the preference menus show.

I just tested removing the resource file for the lane images from the link here

and it does indeed work. Yay, no more annoying lane images.
