Can't get new splash screen to show up

Hey everyone,

I have a picture that I resized to 480 x 272, but my GO 510 won't show the picture for the start up splash screen. I renamed the picture to splashw.bmp but it's now just a black screen and it should be of a nice beach

I was wondering if anyone knew how I could fix this? Thanks a lot.
