Software version 24.200.0012

It is perfectly understandable that the mentioned feature is available for the truck version, considering the need for precise monitoring of trips made by large vehicles. However, the decision to make this feature available only for devices that exclusively offer the option of automobiles, while it remains inaccessible for devices that support both cars and caravans, seems to be a choice that lacks logic and coherence.

It is essential to consider that, in the context of caravans, this functionality becomes not only useful but indispensable to ensure a safe and well-monitored journey.
The needs of caravan users, such as those using the Camper Max, require advanced features that provide an efficient and trouble-free driving experience, regardless of the vehicle model used.

Therefore, it is crucial that this feature be extended to all devices that support recreational vehicles like caravans to ensure that all users can benefit from a level of support with the demands of their trips.
This not only aligns the offered functionality with the real needs of users but also reinforces confidence in the product by ensuring it fully meets customer expectations.

In summary, making this feature available for the Camper Max, regardless of the model, is a crucial measure that should be considered a priority to comprehensively and effectively meet the needs of all users.

We released 24.200.0012 on Monday. They had forgotten the trip statistics on GO Exclusive 7” or GO Superior devices in the release notes. I was asked on Tuesday to add that text.

Hi
I understand that each product version may come with different functionalities, but I believe the absence of this particular feature could be seen as a significant limitation, especially given the unique and advanced characteristics of the device. Camper Max gen 2

I have noticed that many users, myself included, are eagerly awaiting this specific feature, which could further enhance the Camper Max Gen 2 user experience.
We know that TomTom is a company committed to innovation and customer satisfaction, and for this reason, we would like to know if there are any plans to include this feature in a future update or if there is a possibility of it becoming available soon. .

But with goodwill, since TomTom have contact you for adding information on the text to the last version, if I understood correctly,
by addressing this issue to them raised in this channel about this request.

I believe that many users would be extremely pleased with the addition of this functionality, which would further increase the perceived value of the device and strengthen customer loyalty to the brand.

It's a shame that TomTom has this mentality of not listening to its customers; I thought it was the opposite. Now I'm a bit shaken by this comment, to be honest.

If you tap the next turn panel at the very top center of the screen, it will produce a scrollable list of future instructions that even top down noise can't inhibit!
Unfortunately that is not a solution. Voice instructions are very important and there should be an easy facility to have them repeated. I don't want to stare at a small screen trying to decipher what is displayed whilst trying to negotiate traffic. It's extremely dangerous.
