for step 2, don't turn on HOME until step 4.
Open your Windows explorer and locate the SD card drive. Right click the drive and select format.
It will only allow you to format it at 4GB for right now.

Okay, I think I found it...

I just noticed in Explorer that there's an additional unformatted "E: Removable Drive" next to my "F: TomTom" device.
(My work PC has no internal Removables--waaay too many drives & devices attached at home, tho... )

Odd that the GO can still mount & use the SD, out-of-the-box, without formatting.

I'll give this a try at home, tonight...gotta pull all 15GB worth of music off, first.
