Route Bar not showing anymore on Android Auto

I have the same message in the Play Store. I wasn't sure how to leave the program if I was in it so I searched on Google and came up with this page:
https://support.google.com/androidauto/answer/10961485?hl=en

When I click on the Opt-out link on that page, it takes me to the Join page which says the program is full.

I don't remember joining the beta program, but was just trying everything I could try to exit in case I had.

I have the same problem and notified TomTom customer service. They are working on it, in cooperation with Google. I'm using TomTom Go beta and Android Auto 3.7 (no beta program for AA for me). I tried to use 3.9 and 3.9 beta, but that only ended up in a better and blue original direction box, but still no route bar. I've now downgraded to 3.3, because I've waited too long for a solution. At least the route bar and blue direction box are back now and I'll wait for a solution before I update AA again.

I am having the same problem. My AA is on version 13.8 how old is 3.3? Or is that the TomTom version?

I assume he forgot the 1 in front and meant AA version 13.3, 13.7, 13.8 etc. Wouldn't make sense otherwise.

I meant 13.3 indeed 😉 My AA just updated automatically via Google Play to 13.8. I didn't test it yet with TomTom Go, but probably this won't work (because 13.9 still didn't provide the solution)...

I've sorted the issue. Uninstalled Android Auto. Then installed version 13.9.151004. Uninstalled TomTom GO then installed version 3.6.284
I now have blue direction box and route bar showing again
I've disabled auto update on both apps

I've tried the same, although the blue direction box is there, the route bar isn't. I've downgraded to AA 13.3 and disabled auto updates for now.

Scrap my previous comment! The route bar has dissapeared again

If you want this problem fixed, I don't think this is the right place to complain.

I reached out to TomTom again. They say they're still working on it, in collaboration with Google. In the meantime Android Auto 14.1.1513 is released as apk. Did someone try this. Probably still no route bar then, but just curious.

For a few weeks, the route bar on Android Auto hasn't shown for me. I haven't changed my car/phone setup, and I have both Android Auto and the TomTom app updated to the latest version.

As a beta tester for the TomTom app, I posted feedback via the Play Store and received instructions to clear the cache and remove & add the app from Android Auto again. However, this didn't fix the issue.

Am I the only one having the issue?
No I have same problem and have claimed it to Google

I haven't had this problem anymore since I left the AA beta program. I tried every beta (as apk) since then and all worked fine for me, including the latest 14.1.1513.
It's strange that for some people like me leaving the beta program solved the problem whereas it didn't work for others.
Good luck, guys!

Still no solution for this?! This takes a very long time. Strange! I was even forced to accept the newest Android auto update, whilst I downgraded - and had auto update off - to the last AA version that did show the route bar.
