So, how does one tell the difference between versions? Mine also says v4, and has the latest map. I received mine from an online vendor about 2 weeks ago. It was originally backordered and shipping time was about 2 days, so it must be quite new.

Hi, new member here. Just got a question, why you have to block the device #? Also, my GPS v1.21 but it say boot 1.21 and not 5.05, what does that mean? Thanks for the help.

Are you viewing through Virtual TomTom or stand alone? VTT shows the 1.21 but when you disconnect and view it it shows 5.05 (at least it is for me).

Perfect. As you can see the TT HOME doesn't show correct information for some reason.
