I am new here, but I was wondering how I can download a personal photo of mine as my splash screen when my Tom Tom starts up? I have the ONE125 model.

Go here.

Select a TomTom One as it has the small 3.5" screen the same as yours. Upload your photo and download the file created. Put it in the root of the unit.
