Permanently avoid a certain road

There is a road close to where I live and its unmade and very steep, most people avoid it.

Whenever I set up a route from home it always steers me down this road, is there a way to permanently avoid it. Its not a major problem, because I obviously know about it, but there have been other occasions where people have told me not to go along a certain road.

I don't think anything can be done about that if it is a public road and negotiable, albeit uncomfortable.

On older devices one could block a road on ones own device only and it is a pity that we cannot do that any longer.
