no maps found error

I wrongly assumed TomTom wouldn't support my device as it's about 4 years old or so. I finally called customer support, and they talked me thru downloading another copy of my US+CA map at no cost. They were very helpful and I will definitely try them first if I have any more trouble.

Thanks to all the help everyone gave me here as well!
