New phone/lost all My Places

I’ve just accepted that I have to reenter all my places again. Really strange because I swapped phones several times over the past few years, and each time it worked fine (until now). Modern life. Anything to do with software just doesn’t work all the time.

I prefer using MyDrive because it seems easier to search and add places (especially using my PC to do it). Thanks for all the help again!
 
@LCYCowboy Could you perhaps share the email address of your account with me in a private message? One of our engineers would like to have a look.
 
Just to double-check as we're currently looking into this, MyDrive in the menu on TomTom Services is switched on in the app?
 
I've just lost all my places as well.
Was adding a route but I found the app wasn't logged in to my account, when I logged in it sent the route and deleted all my places - they're not on my account or the app.
 
In my opinion, it is because you were not logged in to your Mydrive account that you lost your places.
Your places were not saved on Mydrive. When you logged in, your places were deleted on your phone.
