Lost all my places.

I spent years painstakingly adding all the places I regularly visit for work (and for personal reasons). I had over 40 plus.

My phone died, so had to re-install TTG on my new phone only to find that ALL of my places were missing. I checked the plan.tomtom.com and the drive app, and they have also disappeared from there. My saved routes show on the webpage and in mydrive, but not in TTG.

Support are useless.

Has anybody else lost all their places?

On Android, it's very rare to lose your favorite places, unless you delete them. Try logging out and then logging back in.

I have an Android, had to change my phone and I lost everything. My Places and also My Routes (that I took ages to compile) I logged out and in, no good. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no good. Very bloody frustrating. My Routes also not showing up when I log into PlanTomTom on my PC

So we should use option "Download Your Data" on plan.tomtom.com, for backup.
I didn't use it until now.

I have tried that. no dice. I find it odd that the routes turn up in the web and in mydrive and not in TTG. Smacks of a bug to me.

Maybe your login credentials are not correct.
Log out of your Tomtom account, then log back in with your credentials.

Logged in and out on all apps, no difference.
