Hi my Renault master 2013 Carminat satnav has lost gps signal, is displaying the wrong location ie it’s about 30 miles from wherever I am and the clock has stopped working. I can set the clock however whenever the unit is switched off it resets. To no visible clock, just dashes. Any ideas how to deal with this?

Hi.
Or you have a problem with your antenna to check.

Try to delete all QuickGPSFix files

Connect your Carminat to your computer

Open TomTom Home
Go to: “Manage my Carminat”
In the “Items on Device” tab, find the “QuickGPSFix” tab
Select QuickGPSfix and remove it from your device

Return to “Manage my Carminat”
Select the second tab: "Delete items from my computer"
Remove QuickGPSFix from your computer

In the main menu of TomTom Home, go to 'Update my Carminat'
QuickGPSFix should be available in updates
Select this item and start the update.

Thank you for your advice. Problem was aerial. £10 gps antenna from Amazon fixed it.
