Itineraries on TT models than can deal with them are as files with an .itn extension and are stored in the itn folder on the unit.

You can use Explorer to move them there on your unit.

Finally my quiestion is, where are itineraries stored on the TT.
I'm able to copy my .itn from PC to device and used it.

Your *.itn files go into a folder also called "itn" on your TomTom. Once there, they appear using the root of the filename you used to save them when you "Load" an itinerary from the front panel of your TT.
