IQrouting on 720?

what is iqrouting and was the update a mistake by tomtom are they planing to fix it thanks I am pissed at tomtom releasing that update.

I'm new to all of this and have been reading this forum searching for as much info as I can get, So can someone explain to me what this iqrouting is all about

Advanced Lane Assistance and IQ Routes in the US?

I just got my 720 last week and love it. Been updating it with all sorts of goodies. Really would like to add Advanced Lane Assistance and IQ Routes, but those features are not showing up. I have 8.010 US firmware installed and have been having the trouble with the latest map guarantee through Home, that many others are experiencing. I called tech support, and am now updating the maps and was told by the tech support rep that IQ routes are built into the new maps, but not lane assistance.

I just got a post in a separate forum that it has been confirmed working
on at least the US 920 version.

Both are working on the 720 now

Sorry for the multiple posts...I have just updated my maps and am now running firmware v 8.010 and maps v810.1907. Both IQ Routing and Advanced Lane Assistance are working...see attached photos.

I may have to update my 920 as well.
