Yup, lots of emails went out without any maps to back them up. Had a feeling you'd been aware previously from the way you commented.Yes my 540 is registered. I received an email on May 24 telling me to download. Of course it wasn't available then. I'm familiar with the schedule.
Not really clear what happened. There's been some speculation that segmented (zoned) maps were the problem, but never did hear an 'official' explanation for the delay for some models. One thing for sure, it appeared to have been the models with the least amount of internal memory that were impacted by the delay, irrespective of the ability to add a memory card.
