Help with maps

Why don't you look at that video, it specifically states Windows 7 & Vista.

If it goes too fast, you can stop it any time while you follow step by step.
 
Forgive me for butting in at this late stage, but I'm not a Win7 user and am flummoxed. What are we saying here?

Are we sying that Windows 7 will not allow the user to access
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents \ TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\ map\
or whatever the Win7 equivalent of that path is?

But surely, that's just the full path to the standard MyDocuments" folder? Which the user surely MUST be able to access (unless they have done away with MyDocs completely?)

All I'm saying is that Home does not store it's maps anywhere sneaky or tricky, but in the standard MyDocs folder.

That could be possible if \yourname\ is one with Administrator privilege and one now has signed in with a different User name.
