After going through all the somewhat lengthy and rather tedious troubleshooting steps via tomtom, which took me just past the warranty period, it was decided to send the unit to be repaired. They said they were not able to replicate the issue but sent me a refurbished unit which continues to work as it should. This was all done at no cost to myself.After the latest updating of my GO Premium navigator, I am no longer able to get Live Traffic Service. I have gone through the steps of Factory Resetting and Sof Resetting with the guidance of the Tom Tom Support, without any luck. Could you please let me know what I have to do to correct my Go Premium
