Go 910 and V7

v7 problems

Kind of surprising that TT did not find this hands free bug before release. I had to roll back per TT support, but when I asked if others were having this issue, he said, I have not heard of it before. Is this a standard reply or was he new or what? Rather disappointing that we have to continue to wait. I use most of the features on mine and liked the music icon, the auto shut-off is also a great addition.

I can't find any jukebox options or shortcut options to get rid of/change the music icon, can anyone help?

Music and Media takes me to jukebox, document reader, ipod, and photo gallery, but no options

jukebox gives me the normal six (playlist, artist, ect)

and I can't find anything under Change Preferences that would help.

no, not the car icon (though that would be nice) I'm talking about the music note quicklink button that is above the compass on the map. I would like to get rid of it completely, but that doesn't seem like an option so if I could even just change it with something more useful that would be nice.

I think it's the new "shortcut" button. If you choose that you want to have a map corrections button, the music button changes to a shortcut button where you can select either/any of your shortcuts.

On the plus side it's slightly transparent, but yes, I can't find where you turn it off compeletly.

How about going to Change Preferences>Quick Menu>Uncheck Music

I found that if you are playing an mp3 file then go the the player menu, just right of the pause button is an options menu with the option to turn off the music icon.
