Go 5200
My Go 5200 has very intermittent connection to traffic. It sometimes works for a few minutes then the symbol of the car and the x is shown. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
@Timmo1953 Please follow the below steps which should resolve the issue-

Note- The GPS device should not be connected to a computer and fully charged.

a) Please perform the factory reset via this link- https://bit.ly/3bG1L0B.

b) It will restart the GPS device, you will see a few prompts, and at a certain point, you will be asked to connect to Wi-Fi > On the same screen, please click the Blue arrow (in the top right corner) to get the map screen.

c) Once the GPS device is up and running, please go into the settings of the GPS device > System > Tap the option- Your Information And Privacy, and please be sure all the options are turned on.

d) Wait for 1-3 hours and on the settings Menu again click on System > About > scroll down the screen and look for GPRS status, if it shows connected. If it is connected, please do not connect to any Wi-Fi network/ phone and check the consistency in traffic service for the next couple of days.
