Tomtom Go50 freeze

Heloo to everyone,I'm new here.
Have problem with my Tomtom GO50,I make completly update on my unit(software,maps,voices...)but after complete finish I receive message that I can disconnect my device,device is going to restart and after restart is going to freeze and do nothing. Only appear TOMTOM and thats all. I try to make soft or hard reset but nothing,only drums can hear and stop with logo. Can't recognise with My Drive anymore,can't recognise from PC. I am trying to access the boot menu of the device as explained in the TomTom support site but unfortunately it is not possible.
Pleace help.

I know this tutorial from Tomtom support site but the problem in my case is becouse I can't access in boot manu of the device,it's not show black screen with white letters.When I press and hold the button, the TOMTOM logo disappears for a moment and after a few seconds the sound of the drums comes back, no matter what I try, as they explain in the support site, it is not possible to do anything, just the logo remains. .

If your navigation device does not show a black screen with white text, the problem is much more serious, try contacting Tomtom customer service.
Maybe try another cable.

If someone know custumer service web adress pleace share to me becouse oficial site of Tomtom only have bot comunication that doesn't help to me,I need to explain my detal problem and someone try to help me.
