Thanks - starting the Route Planner from MyDrive fixed it - I have my items backCheck that you are connected to Mydrive with the correct login credentials for your Tomtom account.
Also try resetting the device to factory defaults and then reconnecting with the correct credentials.
HiHello - similar issue here - saved many 'My Places' and this morning noticed quite a few (but not all) are missing. They are also missing on mydrive.tomtom.com. I have not deleted them. Baffled. Any ideas?
