Correct current location

Both old and new route planning app on desktop, incorrectly report my current location. I believe they are show the location of my broadband provider.
Can I overide this and set my true current location so routs start from here not somwhere 3 miles away.
(windows 10 64 if that helps)

Because of a similar problem years ago I use the home coordinates an designate it as Home.
As a point I used a spot on the road at the edge of the driveway as my house was nearer to the adjacent road of the rear of the property and TomTom wanted me to drive through the fence!

I think the problem is caused since the new version 4.4.0.5040. I have a similar problem: when I will make a waypoint exactly in the middle of crossroads and I save it after giving it a name, the waypoint is not pointed at the middle of the crossroads but at the nearest adress.

Thank you, seems the same problem. I've contacted the TomTom helpdesk in The Netherlands and told that the problem is since the new version. When I've received the sollution I will send you.
I've tried to install the older version I've found in my map Download but when installing the message 'There is a newer version available' pops-up and the newer version installs automatically.

Mydrive (plan.tomtom.com) cannot be downloaded to your computer Mydrive is a web page.

It is not the new version 4.4.0.5040 of Mydrive connect which poses a problem.

Tried plan.tomtom.com: you're right but same problem.
