Cannot add GO 5200 to MyDrive Connect

Hello everyone.
I cannot add TomTom Go 5200 to MyDrive Connect.
Application ask my "Do you want to add this device" I select "Continue" and after that application return to the same window.
I use Windows 10.

Updates on that device use WiFi. MDC not required.

Ok but my device doesn't show any updates.
Maps are installed on version 1115 from 07.2023 but on TomTom website current version is 1120.
On my device traffic services not working and I want to verify thi service on MDC
