Bluetooth connection supreme..stuck on "one moment please

Hey all

I had some issues with accessing traffic updates, so I did a reset of my tomtom supreme..which worked

The problem I have now is to the Bluetooth connection
I go through the motions
Mydrive app ..scan code..
Then one moment please
It stays on this and processes no further. Spinning wheel

Tried uninstall of app
Tried another reset
Tried adding another device

Phone can see the device
App shows device not in range

Any thoughts

Tried
- uninstall app and reinstall
- uninstall device from phone
- reset tomtom (again)

It still gets stuck on "one moment please"
My phone can see the tomtom

Tried add a new device (phone) via app
Same issue
 
Hi
Have you tried connecting your phone using only Bluetooth
without using the Mydrive application.
