TomTom one - no memory card and no maps

please help, hi, i have tom tom one version 3.30 but no memory card and no maps, if someone who has the tom tom same as mine may be they can send me all the folders on their memory card and i will get a memory card and load the folder on to it,

There isn't a version 3.30 of the One. See here about how to identify your precise model:

Further, even if your model is properly identified, you can't use the map data from another device, sorry.
