Hello people

My lil cousin was playing with his Grandads (My Uncle) TomTom One and noticed the following file:

js3250.dll

had suddenly appeared on it and now he can't do anything. It doesn't make sense. Has anyone else had this problem at all?? I've serched the web and all i found was that this file was that malware used to delete it sometimes stopping firefox from working, but that wouldn't explain why the file has suddenly appeared on the tomtom stopping any updates or anything. Anyway thanks in advance

I'm a newbie, but it seems an easy solution would be to backup your maps (if not already done) and format your TomTom...then just let "HOME" re-install your firmware. Someone with more experience can chime in.
