It's a new device but I don't have Park Your Bus and DKV App. How I can install it on?

It's not possible to upload external content to the go expert.

If you're looking for a TomTom device that allows you to install your own Android apps, you'll want to look at these devices, not the GO Expert. Bridgestone is the supplier for these now:
