Your model shows as :

Via LIVE 120, 4GB + micro-SDHC, MyDrive Connect

I believe you use MyDriveConnect for that device.

If so, with the device connected and MDC running, right click the small tomtom icon in the notification area of the computer next to the clock.

A link 'manage community content' will appear. Click it and a window opens to add icons and other stuff to the device.
