Did you install the application on which phone (Iphone or Android?)

I didn't, i purchased online. Hence i created an account online, as per the email i recieved.you have purchased the application for your smartphone on Apple or on the play store so you must reconnect with the same identifiers on the application.
Tomtom does not manage purchases of the application on Apple or the Play Store.
