Can't reset password for email ("Reset password failed")

Very annoying how tomtom has no email address for support and the chatbot is beyond useless.

Is there any email i can contact tomtom with? Chatbot just led me in circles all because i couldn't log in.
 
Do you have a problem with the Tomtom GO application on iPhone or Google?
 
I remind you that if it is the Tomtom GO application you must log in with the same credentials that allowed you to purchase it.

Now that i think about it, should i create a new one to ask about my one? What a faff.

If you have a problem with your subscription, Tomtom does not manage the subscriptions.

Did you install the application on which phone (Iphone or Android?)

What exactly is your problem with the app?

I got a subscription for the TomTomGO app for 12 months back in November. I can't log in as it won't let me reset my password either on the app or the website.

you have purchased the application for your smartphone on Apple or on the play store so you must reconnect with the same identifiers on the application.

Tomtom does not manage purchases of the application on Apple or the Play Store.

I didn't, i purchased online. Hence i created an account online, as per the email i recieved.
