xxl540 help

hello to all
my xxl540 when is on the screen flickers not all the time but noticeable at times then i turn it off then back on and is ok.??
any one else notice this if so is there a fix.??? thanks

That sounds, from laptop experience, like aging of the backlight lamp in the screen and if so it will only get worse over time and would take a hardware repair to fix it. You may decide that was not cost (or time you if you are can do electronics DIY) effective and getting a new device with Lifetime maps was a better course of action.

thanks but the screen and digitizer are new almost 1 year old from a non working xxl550

You found a brand new screen in a non-working XXL550? Anyway that was a type of fault that the symptom reminded me. Someone else may have another suggestion.
