XL350m reset ??

When you do a reset to the factory defaults all routes and user information is deleted.

Is it really deleted or is ghosted in memory like a hard drive waiting for some one to recover?

Nope, it's gone and you must manually put in all your custom settings again.

What you can do is a backup first, then reset the factory settings and then simply restore with the backup file on your hard-drive
