It shows up from time to time on various units. Sometimes, a simple reboot of the unit will resolve the problem.
Few of us here know which product "code" matches a particular unit, but I believe that a "4ET03" model corresponds to a serial number starting with "GH", which is an XL IQRoutes2 model, a.k.a. an XL250 (only called that 'down under'). Peeking at your IP address, I see you are in Australia, so I'll pretend for a moment that I "know" (we can hope) that you have an XL250.
A 250 should have a switch for reboot. Take a look at the bottom of your unit, and try to identify a hole there that should have the word "Reset" next to it on the label. If you can spot that, gently push the little button inside with a paperclip for a few seconds. Tell us if that helps the situation.
If you can't spot the hole/button, let us know, and you will have to hold down the power button until the 'drums' start, then release it quickly.
