After my wife lost our One Europe in a airport lounge. I have replaced it with a XL Europe, my problem is that any route I plan will not save as a favourite.
I have spent hours attempting this, whichever way I plan a route and then save to favourites, next time I want to use that route by clicking on favourite, the screen that asks which type of journey, fastest, shortest etc pops up.
it then completely ignores the route I have saved as a favourite and recalculates the route again, missing out all my way points or in other words, the route I want to travel, and replaces it with its own.
Is there any way around this. My old 'One' never did this to me, faithfully loading whatever route I had saved in favourites.
