will not load sd card

I have copied my hgv sd card to a larger card thought my laptop the data is on both cards but the tt will not load this data on card and stays in car mode.Is there any thing i can do to at least get it to read the original card.

So what I guess you're saying is that you've managed to get hold of some "Truck" software and maps from somewhere and you're trying to make it work on a unit that it was never intended for....

Yes you are wrong.this unit worked well .as I perched it until I tried expand the memory

Yes, it MAY have worked before, but my question still remains.....

I don't know what a "320" is (some sort of XL model?) and I've never heard of an "850e" but they certainly don't sound like proper TomTom Truck models.

Which unit are you trying to work on? Did you buy it new?
What does it call it if you put the first two characters of the serial number into the TomTom Product Finder here?

If it's an original map supplied on an SD card, the map is locked to that specific card anyway.

Trying to work on 350 it may be a recon unit.I would also like it work on go 825 live
