I live in central UK, why has plan.tomtom.com suddenly decided I live in Germany (Frankfurt, to be exact)? A search on my current IP address shows that most services correctly identify my home (central UK) town.

On Mydrive have you tried deleting cookies and site data?

The plan.tomtom.com site uses a geographic estimation of the user's current IP address to center the map.
As explained in a parallel thread, this can be demonstrated by using a VPN connected to another location, which is often the reason for the shift in where the planner centers the map. Whatever VPN location you use before going to the planner, that's where the map will be centered.

I don't believe that plan.tomtom.com uses any cookies at all.
If you have the ability to delete cookies and delete any associated with MyDrive, and use plan.tomtom.com, no new MyDrive cookies will be created. That was the name for the 'old' planner site.
