Where to buy Mount Kit for GO 700?

The winshield mount for my GO 700 broke and TomTom is out of stock (website). I have searched the internet for a replacement mount kit without any luck.

There are two different designs available for the 700 - the regular kit and the alternative kit. Please let me know if you know where I can get either kit now. Thank you,
