I just downloaded new maps to my tom-tom 1435. Apparently my device has maps of Canada, United States, and Mexico and does not have enough memory for the download. I get the message "no maps found." When I go to the HELP area, I am instructed to go to Home> Manage my device> Items on device> Maps> Change map zones. Since there is no HOME how do I get to "manage my device" etc.
